The first trailer for former NFL star Marshawn Lynch’s new movie, “Eenie Meanie,” is finally here.

The action-packed heist thriller will start streaming on Hulu in the US and Disney+ internationally on August 22.

Lynch plays a character named Perm Walters in “Eenie Meanie.” While this is far from his first acting project, it marks one of his biggest film roles to date. Lynch has previously appeared in “Brooklyn Nine-Nine,” “Murderville” and the 2023 comedy “Bottoms,” where his comedic timing drew praise from fans.

Per ESPN, the Hockey Diversity Alliance announced that Lynch will co-host a road hockey tournament for marginalized youth in Toronto alongside former NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick and members of the alliance.

The free event will welcome 250 young players from underserved communities, reflecting Lynch’s long-standing commitment to giving back.
